Innisbrook is back!!

Hello Parents!,

Our first easy fundraiser kickoff of the year starts Monday, August 29. Janice, our Innisbrook Rep. will be giving presentations to the kids, at lunch, on Monday, which you are also welcome to attend. Catalogs will be coming home in their backpacks soon after and the sale begins!  Known for their award winning wrapping paper, Innisbrook offers gifts as well. We encourage you to take a look and pass the catalog around to friends, neighbors and co workers. Please do not let children sell unattended!!

One big difference this year is that you will go online and enter all your orders and then forward the money with the receipt to me.  I am here to help anyone who has questions, or difficulties, as are the Innisbrook customer service people. It’s super easy, and efficient.

Finally, this year’s clip on is Max the Monkey. If your child sells four items he/she gets Max the Monkey (but only one). There are prize drawings for the three weeks of the sale as well, with lots of chances to win.  The top five sellers also win extra prizes at the end.

Catalogs and more information to come!!  As always check the blog for information or email me directly at athena2w@comcast.net.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Annual Harvest Festival Announcement

Greetings Rio Del Mar Families,

School is off to a great start and, with that, the planning of the annual Harvest Festival is underway. This event will be on September 23rd this year, from 5-9 pm. A separate form will go home in early September requesting volunteers for the many shifts that we will have available.

Our planning meeting will happen this year on August 30th, at 8:30 am in the MPR (cafeteria). This committee is responsible for brain-storming ideas and collecting needed items (hoses, extension cords, groceries, etc) and only has one or two meetings. Please come to this event if you’d like to be a part of the Harvest Festival Committee.

If you have any questions, please contact one of the co-chairs:

Denise Russo  Denirus@sbcglobal.net and   Sandra Staka staka5@aol.com
